TERMS & CONDITIONS:
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS.
All orders are subject to the approval of ADVENTURE OUTFITTERS and it's customers. Orders must be accompanied by an authorized customer signature or purchase order.
PRICING.
Quoted pricing will include the cost of the merchandise and all embellishment. Fees for art, digitization, screens, special handling, and freight will be in addition to the merchandise and embellishment. Specific requirements modifying any orders may incur other charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
ORDER POLICY.
An order cannot be cancelled once merchandise has been put into production.
ADVENTURE OUTFITTERS does not assume responsibility for delays caused by conditions beyond our control.
TERMS.
Net 30 or as otherwise agreed.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING.
All goods are bulk packed in standard shipping cartons. Orders are shipped F.O.B. via UPS or Common Carrier Ground.
GUARANTEE.
ADVENTURE OUTFITTERS guarantees materials and workmanship on all merchandise. The finest dyes are used, but exact color matches between dye lots and complete color fastness in all dark colors cannot be guaranteed. Some shrinkage in garments is unavoidable. To extend garment wear, washing and care instructions are attached to each garment.
RETURNS.
ADVENTURE OUTFITTERS guarantees all garments we sell. Claims of defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Only defective merchandise that is not in agreement with the order will be accepted for credit or replacement.
PROOFS.
Completed virtual comps of the styles and art selected will be provided upon request for final approval before production is started on any order, unless otherwise agreed upon.
